In places where children are hungry and schools non-existent, the consequences can be tragic and the future daunting. The Kibera Slum in Kenya is one such place.

Since 2009, we’ve been working to change this crushing reality by building quality schools in Kibera. Together with dedicated teachers and nutritious feeding programs, we provide Kibera’s children with the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better future.

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting us at Crossing Thresholds.

People ask, “Who are we?” We are a community passionately committed to building a world where every child has the opportunity to learn and grow. No other world is acceptable.

Crossing a threshold can change everything – how you see, what you know, how you want to live. In every season of life, we must aspire to cross new thresholds. It deepens our shared humanity.
