1,300 Miles Closer to Kibera. The distance is 7,300 miles. The mission is bigger than the miles.

As we shared last month, our dedicated volunteer Fran Malagisi is riding 7,300 miles to raise $73,000 to help 73 ninth graders pay the $1,000 it costs to attend high school in Kibera. Each $1,000 covers tuition, supplies, and, most importantly, the opportunity to build a brighter future.

Fran has already logged 1,300 miles and raised $12,581.5! That’s a great start, but we have a long road ahead. Every mile Fran rides symbolizes a student’s journey out of poverty, and your support can keep those wheels turning.
