ORGANIZATIONAL NEWS - June Volunteer Trip

In June, our team returned from an inspiring and impactful volunteer trip to Kibera! More than 20 volunteers joined us to keep our mission dynamic and strong. We successfully constructed a firewall to further safeguard one of our partner schools.  We worked to clear the land for a new urban garden.  We completed the painting of the new Center of Hope Primary School.  We continued our enrichment programs for boys and girls.  We conducted teacher training sessions; and last but not least, we had a doctor and a nurse in our medical clinic.  To state the obvious, trip participants are invaluable to our forward momentum.  Thanks to all of you who gave so much!
